Men Deserve Flowers.
This month’s session of The Remedy was a love letter to the men in our lives. Our evening centered on recognition, presence, and the power of telling men, “I see you. I value you. You matter.”
We wanted to create space for men to be celebrated in their wholeness. For their hearts, their struggles, their growth, and the quiet ways they show up every day, not only for what they provide or achieve.

Art Heals.
This month’s session of The Remedy reminded us that healing doesn’t always happen in hospitals or therapy offices. Sometimes, it happens through brushstrokes. Through verses. Through beats. Through stories told out loud for the first time. Titled Art Heals: The Medicine of Expression, this conversation became a space of remembering. Of honoring the power of creativity to make sense of pain, and reclaim what was once unspeakable.

Queer Joy Is Resistance.
At its core, this conversation was about joy. But not the fluffy, fleeting kind. The kind of joy that defies erasure. That breathes through grief. That rebuilds what oppression tries to tear down. The kind of joy that queer people, especially Black queer people, have long made a home in, even when the world tried to lock them out.
